Sarah was very welcoming and extremely helpful throughout our stay. The house is BEAUTIFUL! We had plenty of space and privacy. Everything was perfect and I would love to stay again in the future. Thank you Sarah! X
The house is amazing, hot tub an excellent extra and the rain never stopped us. Owners extremely helpful. Would recommend.
Views are second to none! Private location, brilliant games room, fantastic walks from the door.
Beautiful farmhouse in peaceful spot in the hills, stunning walk through the woods to Hebden Bridge.
We stayed here during the August bank holiday weekend and had the best time. The property really does have the wow factor, from the drive up, to the views and the hot tub! Would definitely recommend this house for a large group booking. There was 12 of us and we had plenty of space and the bedrooms were so comfy. Would 100% recommend! Thanks for a great stay x
With 8 adults and 3 young children the house had so much space for everyone to relax, play and enjoy.
We had a group of 15 girls of all ages at the house. The location was fantastic as lovers of the outdoors. Lots of space, hot tub was lovely. Sarah is fantastic, she emailed me leading up to our stay with plenty of details. Was always on hand if we needed anything. Wish we didn’t have to leave, honestly could have stayed for longer.
Sarah’s house is a great place to come and unplug from the noise. There are some great nature trails to unravel the stress of the urbanite experience. My favourite part of the day has to have been the mornings. I’d wake up before the house came alive with the sound of NOW and go for a stroll with my tea to watch the sun coming up over the valley. The sounds and sight of nature first thing was really quite special first thing. Expect to see deer, hare, horses and some beautiful birds. Oh and the hot tub and games room was a win with the Riddlekids

Fantastic !
We were there when Storm ciara hit and the weather was extreme but Sarah made sure we were ok and didn’t need anything
A perfect location for a family/friends get together. During my stay a fuse blew which resulted in a loss of water pressure. The owner dealt with the issue very quickly and efficiently.
I highly recommend this property.
Great time
Will definitely return to this beautiful property
