Height Gate is a 17th Century, Grade II listed building situated on the South Pennines. Owned and managed by Woodcraft Folk, Height Gate Residential Education Centre is a self catering property sleeping up to 32 in Bunk Beds. Located between Hebden Bridge and Todmorden the centre has good connections throughout the Calder Valley, with Stoodley Pike nearby.

Height Gate features a large fully equipped kitchen with commercial 6 burner oven, a fridge freezer and another separate fridge and freezer. A comfortable large lounge area, heated by a pellet burning stove. A large indoor barn with mezzanine level heated by a pellet stove, perfect for parties, celebrations and activities. The Ground floor and barn space are wheelchair accessible , with one toilet and shower room, along with a downstairs bedroom with a bunk bed. Two toilet rooms with four cubicles and two urinals. Upstairs hosts three bedrooms which sleep eight, ten and twelve people in bunk beds.

Height Gate has 4 acres of land, with space for outdoor games and additional accommodation for camping. At the front of the building is a fenced off garden with patio and to the rear of the property is a campfire/fire pit section.

Prices range from £269-£393 per night. With full occupancy that works out at £8.50-£12.20 per person per night.
