We are a local independent bakery using traditional methods with a contemporary twist. Our products are made from quality, seasonal ingredients – many of which are locally sourced.

Our bread is as it supposed to be – no sugar, just flour, water, salt and yeast.

Our cakes, pastries and Italian doughnuts are divine and just a bit different.

We love our town so much we have both our bakery and shop right in the centre of Hebden Bridge.
